Patrik will give two talks at the Stockholm Gastronomy Conference, taking place November 23 to 25 at Stockholm University.
The first talk is on 'Nature Matters', which will be on November 24, and the second on 'Creativity, Art, and the Culinary Arts' on November 24. Patrik will give a talk at the PEA Workshop: 'Works of Art and Technical Artifacts: Towards a Unified Account?' – taking place in Genoa from October 23 to 25 2023 – on 'Locked-In and Expandable Creative Domains'.
Anaïs will also attend the workshop. Julia will give a talk on imaginative resistance at the workshop on the role of imagination for understanding others, "'Can you imagine?! The Role of Imagination in Understanding Others", taking place in Giessen, Germany, on September 26 and 27.
Anaïs' paper on the creativity of artificial intelligence got accepted to the Portuguese Conference on AI (EPIA2023).
Both Julia and Anaïs will present a paper at the CHCON2023 conference. Julia will speak about the future of the concept of creativity, and Anaïs will speak about the concept of narratives in light of video games and virtual reality.
Patrik gives two talks at the ECAP 2023 conference in Vienna! The first will be on “Food and Our Experience of Multimodal Objects" and the second on "Creativity, Two-Fold".
Anaïs participates at the Summer School on Virtual Reality at the University of Lugano. The speakers in the Summer School are Brendan Balcerak Jackson, Nathan Wildman and David Chalmers, author of the book Reality+.
Anaïs wrote a paper on creativity and virtual reality, published on Philosophie.ch.
Julia will be speaking about reading literary fiction as a creative use of imagination, at the Workshop Between Fiction and Non-Fiction, University of Uppsala.
